Every holiday Mark was always first to cook everyone a fantastic hearty breakfast before we started our day.

But the one we remember the most, is whilst on holiday in France we had very posh guests "The Bancrofts" Mark was in charge of the BBQ.

after he had fed all, he was slapped on the back and complimented with a "JOLLY GOOD SHOW CHEF" by the Bancrofts.
